Award-Winning Developer Starts New Costa Rica Project
SAN JOSE, Costa Rica – Jan. 9, 2007 – In a year when best property
nominees dotted the landscape throughout the world, only one in the country
of Costa Rica – Bayside Tambor – stood out enough to take home
the industry’s top honor.
The Nicoya Peninsula beachfront villas, located within the world-renowned Los Delfines Golf & Country Club, won a four-star award at the 13th annual International Property Awards in London. It was the second consecutive IPA prize for Riverside Developers, the visionaries behind Bayside Tambor. The International Property Awards are referred to as the “Oscars of the industry,” where more than 500 property professionals representing 45 countries gathered in early November to mark the occasion at London’s Grosvenor Square.
